Trieste, Miramare Castle and the Giant Caves
In the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region of Italy there are many wonders to be explored. One of them is the city of Trieste. With its medieval historic center, this city that was once part of Austria enchants with its huge square by the sea overlooking the Gulf of Trieste and is located just a few kilometers from the Slovenian border.

Another highlight of this Tour is the visit to the Castello de Miramare. Located on the coast overlooking the sea, this 19th century fort was built by order of Maximilian of Habsburg. Surrounded by a 22-hectare park, it has a romantic and elegant atmosphere.
